Products & Availability
GILÉA collections are produced in deliberately limited quantities. Availability of products is not guaranteed, and designs may not be reproduced once sold out. Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations in texture, finish, embroidery placement, or detailing may occur. These variations are inherent to the design process and are not considered defects.
Orders & Payments
Orders are processed once they are confirmed. Payment is collected according to the selected payment method at checkout. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after placement. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping
At this time, GILÉA ships exclusively within Lebanon. Delivery timelines provided on the website or at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control. GILÉA is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective Items
A defective item refers to a manufacturing or construction fault present at the time of delivery that affects the integrity or wearability of the garment. Variations in texture, finish, embroidery placement, or detailing that result from the handcrafted nature of the piece are not considered defects. Claims related to defective items must be made in accordance with the timeframes and conditions specified in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Care & Responsibility
Each GILÉA garment is accompanied by a care label specific to that piece. Clients are responsible for following the care instructions provided.
